Together with the base of your \u00d825cm KUOKO saucepan you will have a tagine that you can use wherever and whenever you want. To serve at the table, store food in the fridge and freezer, or cook in the oven, ceramic hob, gas, induction, electric hob, on a barbecue, grill, or microwave.<\/p>\n

With the KUOKO ceramic tagine you will cook incredible rice dishes, couscous, legumes or, for what was invented in North Africa, long steam cooking stews. Whether they are meat, fish, vegetarian or even sweet!<\/p>\n

The conical lid promotes steam circulation using very little water. While the food is cooking, the steam rises into the cone, condenses and falls back onto the base of the tagine. Thus achieving a dish full of flavour, tender, juicy and very healthy.<\/p>\n

You will save on energy! The raw material for flame-safe stoneware has a special formula and it is fired at extremely high temperatures. The result is a much harder ceramic, resistant to thermal shock and durable. Which makes it an ideal material for cooking and use in the kitchen.<\/p>\n

The product will arrive packaged without any plastic in a recycled cardboard box and with 100% recyclable, biodegradable and compostable packaging chips that dissolve in water.
