Material: High quality stainless steel and beech wood. Stainless steel is great to use as a kitchen utensil as it is very resistant and, used regularly and without subjecting it to extreme situations, does not release heavy metals.<\/p>\n

Always wash by hand with warm water and a soft sponge with soap.
