Although your bowl is dishwasher safe, if washing by hand we recommend washing with warm water and mild soap, and drying thoroughly before use.

Stoneware ceramic is fired at very high temperatures, which is why it is a much harder, tougher, and more durable ceramic than conventional ceramic. This makes it an ideal material for use in the kitchen.
In addition, when fired at temperatures above 1,200ºC, the material is practically impermeable.
At KUOKO we try to take the utmost care of the environment. The product will be packaged without any plastic in a recycled cardboard box and with 100% recyclable, biodegradable and compostable packaging chips that break down in water. Help us to maintain this chain and make sure you recycle to give another life to all our packaging!

These utensils, as long as they are well cared for, are good for life, but if you want to dispose of them, take them to your nearest green point.

Orders sent to mainland Spain arrive within 2-4 business days. They arrive in the Balearic Islands within 3-5 business days.

Orders going to Europe will take between 4 and 9 working days depending on the country of destination.

We are convinced that you will love KUOKO products! but if they can't convince you or you have received the wrong product, send an email to hello@kuokokitchen.com within 14 days of receiving your order. The KUOKO team will tell you how to proceed to process the return or exchange. Too easy! Note that once the product is back in our warehouse, we will deduct the below amount to cover for delivery and administration costs.
