TIP!: Sprinkle a little salt on the product, rub it on with half a lemon, and rinse with plenty of water. Make sure it is completely dry before storing it. This will leave the product looking like new and completely disinfected for use again.
Wood, in kitchen utensils, is not a material for life. If you follow all the advice we mentioned above, you will be able to extend its life but, in the long run, its exposure to water and hot temperatures end up deteriorating it.
