In any case, they have a 2- year guarantee that covers possible manufacturing and/or material defects as long as the product is used under normal conditions of domestic use and in accordance with its instructions for use and care. The guarantee applies from the date of purchase of the product and for its due claim it is essential to present the purchase receipt.

Usos y Cuidados

Lavar antes de usar.
Lavar siempre a mano con agua tíbia y una esponja suave con jabón. No apto para lavavajillas ya que deteriora la calidad del material.
No dejar el utensilio en remojo durante mucho tiempo para una mayor preservación.
No hace falta secar al momento. Se puede dejar secar al aire sin problema pero recomendamos guardar el producto de nuevo cuando esté completamente seco.
Si se quiere, una vez seco, se puede añadir un poco de aceite natural para alargar la vida de la madera.
No frotar las zonas del utensilio que tienen color con una esponja abrasiva para así mantener el color durante más tiempo.
No apto para microondas.

Al tratarse de un producto natural y trabajado sin productos agresivos, pueden aparecer manchas del contacto con la comida o, si no se ha dejado secar bien, de la humedad.

¡CONSEJO!: Espolvorea un poco de sal sobre el producto, frota sobre con medio limón, y enjuaga con abundante agua. Asegurate de que queda bien seco antes de guárdalo. Esto dejará el producto como nuevo y completamente desinfectado para usar de nuevo.

La madera, en los utensilios de cocina, no es un material para toda la vida. Si sigues todos los consejos que apuntamos arriba, podrás alargar su vida pero, a la larga, su exposición al agua y a temperaturas calientes lo acaban deteriorando. Recomendamos renovar el utensilio cuando veamos que empiezan a aparecer grietas, ¡ya que los microorganismos las usan para instalarse en tus cocinas!
