Quick and easy whole spelled Focaccia

INGREDIENTS
- 500g Wholemeal Spelled Flour
- 175ml of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 160ml of milk at room temperature
- 3 eggs L
- 1 sachet of baker’s yeast
- 10 cherry tomatoes
- 1 sprig of fresh rosemary
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1 teaspoon fine salt
- 1 tablespoon flake salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
PREPARATION
- Sift the flour until all of it has passed.
- Add the milk and, without mixing, the envelope of yeast.
- Mix and add the oil, eggs, and fine salt.
- Cover and let stand in a dry place for 3 hours.
- Once the time has passed, we knead well for 10 minutes on a table with a little flour and shape it.
- Spread a little oil on the Kuoko Baking Tray and place the dough. Cover again and let stand 1 hour more.
- After the hour, in a bowl we put together 1 tablespoon of EVOO, 1 tablespoon of flake salt, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder and dried rosemary. Paint the dough with the mixture and dip your fingers.
- We put in some of the holes that we have made with our fingers cherry tomato halves and add some fresh rosemary leaves on top.
- Bake for 15 minutes at 200ºC (fan) with a glass of water in the oven. Remove the water, lower the oven to 180ºC, and bake for another 20 minutes.
