Skewer of Halloumi and grilled vegetables

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 pack (200g) of Halloumi
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 yellow bell pepper
  • 100g of mushrooms
  • 1 zucchini
  • 2 red onions
  • Pepper, salt and rosemary to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil VE
  • Pack of long wooden or stainless steel skewers

PREPARATION

  • Cut all the ingredients into small bite size pieces.
  • Place 5 pieces to taste on each skewer.
  • Add a little olive oil and salt, pepper and rosemary to taste on top.
  • To cook, the Kuoko grill offers all the options you want. You can put it directly on your barbecue and cook. If you do not have a barbecue, you can cook it directly on your gas or induction fire or ceramic hob in the kitchen.
  • If you want to cook it in the oven. Preheat the oven to 190ºC fan while you cut the ingredients. Once at temperature, we put the Kuoko grill tray in the oven for about 25 minutes.
