- 1 Kg of fresh rock mussels
- 3 bay leaves
- The juice of 1 lemon
- 1/2 glass of white wine (optional)
For this dish we will use the deep ceramic pot.
- We will put all the clean mussels inside the pot, we will add the laurel, the lemon juice and the white wine.
- Cover the pot with the lid to produce steam and stir from time to time until they are all open.
- Once opened they are ready to eat!
- Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve immediately
