Fresh steamed mussels


  • 1 Kg of fresh rock mussels
  • 3 bay leaves
  • The juice of 1 lemon
  • 1/2 glass of white wine (optional)
  • Parsley


For this dish we will use the deep ceramic pot.

  • We will put all the clean mussels inside the pot, we will add the laurel, the lemon juice and the white wine.
  • Cover the pot with the lid to produce steam and stir from time to time until they are all open.
  • Once opened they are ready to eat!
  • Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve immediately
